Hello friends! I hope you all are having a great start to your week! This week is my first week going back to work full time (working 4, 10 hr days!) and even though it seems crazy, I don’t really mind the busyness!
But with busy seasons come chaos, and I know that for me, I NEED to be on top of my meals and give myself nourishing foods to function at my best. Often times, we can use being "busy" as an excuse to eat poor foods, go through the drive thru, or just order out. While none of those things are "bad" once in a while, it can take over our diets when the going gets tough and the season is busy. We can find ourselves eating out more than eating in, and that is when these habits become unhealthy!
Busy doesn't have to be an excuse. And actually, when you are busy, it is even MORE essential to treat your body with good foods to not add additional stress to the stress you already have! Which is why I have created a free, 5 day meal plan for you all with simple, easy to throw together meals that won't take much time at all. This meal plan is very bare-bones, which meals you can make tweaks and adjustments as you see fit, but it will still give you a guide to healthy eating and choosing foods that will nourish you and fuel you!
