I wasn’t always into journaling, and for a while I actually avoided it because I didn’t want to know what was actually in my head. But over the years, I’ve embraced journaling as something that helps me disentangle the mess that is sometimes my mind.


We can think so many things and believe so many lies that are often not true. But journaling can be such a powerful way to unlock truths, which is why I encourage my 1:1 clients to do it and why I also included 14 journal prompts in the Nourished and Free kickstart guide!
